Thirteen years ago I suffered from testicular cancer. About 4 years ago I began to feel terrible. My energy was gone, I could not maintain any mental focus. Tests revealed my testosterone was very low. The Urologist had me on an Andro Patch, and then a cream. Both did nothing. The patch just made me itch everywhere I put it. Then, on a website called Young Again Nutrients I found articles and studies about androstendione. This Andro tablet appeared to be worth a try. I asked my family doctor about it, and he suggested we do blood work after 90 days. This was also the suggestion provided on the website. Well, after 90 days, blood tests revealed my testosterone levels were normal. Now, about every 90 days I go in for blood tests to make sure the Andro tablet is not causing my body to produce estrogen. So far, so good! It has changed my life! My concern is that now our federal government/FDA wants to see Andro pulled from the market place. Seems some fools misuse this product, so the FDA has determined the general public can't make appropriate decisions for themselves. Instead of education, once again our government wants to pass more legislation. For this one 56 yr old male, Andro is an answer to prayer, where what the urologist prescribed failed miserably.
