I have discovered that healthy lifestyle choices made by my family continue to dramatically enhance our lives and wellbeing. My household has spent thousands of dollars each year for health insurance, which has been of little or no use to us. The importance of health insurance is hightly overrated! My family now saves what we would be paying in health insurance each month, in case we were to have an accident. As far as check-ups and preventative health, we know oursleves best. We take our vitamins, eat healthy, and exercise to prevent disease. We have discovered natural remedies and other health solutions through research, and have removed all toxic chemicals from our home. We enjoy a natrual life.
