In my mid fifties I started to experience acute sinus infections and for 3 years tried numerous OTC and prescription drugs, all to no avail. Finally my M.D. referred me to a surgeon who recommended surgery. I believed there had to be a better solution and shortly thereafter became aware through Dr. David Williams Newsletter that in Germany the herb Nettle (or Stinging Nettle) was widely used for sinus conditions. I obtained some from GNC and experienced immediate and lasting rellief. I still take nettle and have recommended it to several other sinus suffers who have had similar positive results. I have learned that no one doctor or system of healing has all the answers and I am thankful that I had the freedom to make my own choices on this matter.
