My son had his second bout with melanoma stage 4. Went thruough surgery,radiation, and all but 13 treatments with interferon. He had been in a study with glyconutients the last 2 months of the interferon shots with no changes he was down to145# from 208# when he had surgery. At that piont he decided he no longer wanted to go on with the interferon. So he was strictly on nutriceuticals. IN TWO--2--WEEKS ALL OF HIS LEVELS WERE ON THE WAY UP!!!! We ran out of the money family and friends gave him to particpate in the research on glyconutrients so he is left with Barretts esophagus which is precancerous. If insurance had covered the nutriceuticals he would still be whole instead of left with the results of surgery,radiation burns that destroied his saliva glands.
